24-Hour Turbo Yeast

Forget what the home distillation handbook says about temperature
sensitivity! 24-Hour Turbo Yeast will work fine
between 20-30°C (68-86°F). It will ferment 6 kgs of sugar to 14%
alcohol in only 24 hours.

Instructions: To Make 6.5 U.S. Gallons(25 L)
Pour 5.5 gallons (21L) of warm water (104°F/40°C) into your fermenter. Add 13
lbs (6kg) sugar to make 14% alc./vol. in 2 days, or 18 lbs (8kg) to make 20% alc./vol.
in 5 days. Mix well until sugar is completely dissolved. Add the Turbo Yeast
package contents and stir for one minute. Leave to ferment between 70-85°F
(21-30°C) until fermentation ceases. Complete fermentation times are temperature
dependent. Important: Do not airlock fermenter.

Turbo
Pure X-Press represents a new generation of professional turbo yeast
developed in late 2006. Produces a cleaner wash than its
predecessors in the same alcohol-by-volume category. Makes up to 18%
alcohol by volume. Great for both pot still and refulx still uses.
Instructions: To Make 25L (6.5 US
Gallons)
Pour 21L (5.5 US Gallons) of warm water (40®C/104°F) into your
fermenter. Add 8kg (18 pouds) of
sugar to produce 18% alcohol by volume. Mix well until sugar is
completely dissolved. Add the Turbo Yeast package contents and stir
for one minute. Leave to ferment between 21-30°C (70-85°F); optimum
is 25°C (77°F), until fermentation ceases (4-6 days). Complete
fermentation times are temperature dependent. For best results,
clear with Super-Kleer K.C 2-stage clearing
agent before distilling.

sugars. Whisky Pure™ produces a very clean grain wash with minimal
congeners. Makes up to 12% alcohol by volume.
Instructions: To Make 25L (6.5 US
Gallons)
Sprinkle the yeast package contents on the surface of the grain
mash, wait 15 minutes and then mix into the mash. Leave to ferment
between 21-30°C (70-85°F); optimum is 25°C (77°F), until
fermentation ceases (3-5 days). Complete fermentation times are

Vodka
Pure is a professional turbo yeast with Amyloglucosidase (AG), which
is an enzyme to convert carbohydrates to fermentable sugars. Vodka
Pure is highly recommended for pot still users for its ability to
produce a very clean sugar, grain or fruit brandy wash with minimal
congeners. This makes up to 15% alcohol by volume. One bag makes 25
liters (6.5 US gallons).
Instructions: To Make 25L (6.5 US
Gallons)
Pour 22L (5.8 gallons) of warm water (40°C/104°F) into your
fermenter. Add 6kg (13pounds) of
sugar to produce up to 15% alcohol by volume. Mix well until sugar
is completely dissolved. Not: If using grain or fruit pulp
additions, reduce the sugar requirements to a max. starting S.G. of
1.090. Add the Turbo Yeast package contents and stir for one minute.
Leave to ferment between 25-33°C (77-95°F); Optimum is 30°C (86°F),
until fermentation ceases (5-7 days). Complete fermentation times
are temperature dependent. For best results, clear with
Super-Kleer K.C. 2-stage clearing agent
before distilling.
