in your wine/beer. 0 oechsle is s.g. 1000, -3 oechse is s.g. 997 (3 units on
the black scale) etc.
Sweeetening wine: Add 2.5grams per liter to increase one unit.
Example:A white wine at s.g. 995(-5) is a bit dry. Increase to
